With over 250 meal plans and thousands of recipes available to Clean Food Dirty Girl members, it can be hard to pick which deliciousness to cook. We’re here to help! Here are some of our favorite plant-based meal plans and recipes from our membership

Our plant based Meal Plans (AKA meal plans) are based on batch cooking. This is when you set aside roughly 2–4 hours each week to do the majority of your cooking.

Once you have your batching done, you can easily throw together meals throughout the week without having to cook everything from scratch each night. Our classroom allows you to decide which meal plan you want to make, how many portions of each meal you want, and everything is calculated for you, from the grocery list and prep section to the batching recipes and nightly meal instructions.

When you sign up for our membership, you get instant access to our entire library of over 200 meal plans. As a member, you can make as many past meal plans as you like. Whatever you choose will help you eat more plants in the most delicious way.

Now let’s talk about individual recipes and meals. When you sign up for a Clean Food Dirty Girl membership, not only do you get access to all of our meal plans, you also get access to our Recipe Vault which contains over 3,000 recipes you won’t find anywhere else.

With so many to choose from, you might wonder what recipes to make first! Here are some suggestions that our community has declared the most scrumptious of the scrumptious.

Keep in mind that because our meal plans are based around batch cooking, some of these meals require several components. For example:

Making a whole-food plant-based lasagna from scratch requires several components to be made before you put it together; a red sauce, a cheesy sauce, and a yummy veggie filling.

If you were following one of our meal plans, we would have you batch cook a bunch of red sauce, a bunch of cheesy sauce, and a big batch of veggie filling on your batch day, and have you use those components in several recipes and meals throughout the week, including the lasagna.

If you wanted to cook a single lasagna from our Recipe Vault, you would still need to make all the components, but you would be making them to use in just one recipe. This is why batch cooking is so awesome. You make big batches of stuff and use it often so you cook less during the week.

That said, a lot of our members don’t batch cook, they make individual recipes when they want them. You can totally do this too!

Here are some of our community’s most favorite plant-based recipes from our Recipe Vault.

I’ve been a subscriber for several years. I used to batch but rarely do anymore because it doesn’t fit my lifestyle.
However, I think CFDG recipes are some of the best for WFPB no oil eating! I so appreciate you highlighting beloved recipes that I can try. Helping subscribers who don’t batch hone in on the best recipes is really appreciated. I plan to make several of these in the next couple of weeks. Thanks.

This list is awesome and so helpful for all the different situations we dirties find ourselves in. The only thing missing for me is the 13-layer lasagna. It’s my favorite crowd pleaser meal to impress on is or for the holidays. It was our Christmas dinner this year and last.

    • Stephanie from Team Dirty on December 27, 2021 at 2:43 pm

That’s a great one, too, Danielle! So glad you and your loved ones enjoy it!
