I knew I would be saving time during the week by batching on the weekend. However, I didn’t realize how much time I’d also be saving by not having to figure out “what’s for dinner” every single night.
We used to eat dinner around 8:30 pm. Now these amazing WFPB dinners are served by 6:30 pm, and we have so much more family time in the evenings.
