Luanne got some food at the airport (because no surprise, even airport food is insanely good in Malaysia) and I stuck to eating my almond butter sandwich and carrots.

We had been traveling for over 20 hours and my sock / sandal combo really says everything that needs to be said.

Touchdown Hawaii! Another amazing trip to Malaysia in the books.

If you’re inspired to pack your bags and go somewhere, do it. There is nothing like experiencing the world. And if you’re plant based, there is no reason for that to stop you.  There are always ways to make it work, you just have to be flexible and not overcomplicate it.

My entire world view changed when I started traveling outside of the country. One of the things that I’m always reminded of when I get on a plane and fly somewhere far away is how small the world is and how similar we all are.

We’re all just people who want to be heard, loved, accepted and well fed.

Wishing you a happy week. May it be filled with getting on a plane and feeding your life. You will never regret it.
